Thank you for this game! I like that it's bite-sized and encourages you to play through it multiple times to see what result will different options have!
It feels very polished and graphically it is a feast for the eyes! Only complaint that I can think of is that in one of the endings, when you have different options what to do with "gift" that Hal left you, it doesn't matter which option do you choose, you just get credits immediately 😅.
Other than that, it's fantastic little narrative experience!
Aw, thank you so much for your kind words, it's so encouraging for a beginner game developer like me. And yes, after the "gift", the game really does end that way because I thought it just left it open ended and leave it to your own imagination hahaha. Thank you so much again!
Great art, love the eye icon that helps the player know if you can interact. I noticed the pop up text related to an item sticks to the button when you press again. It only disappears when another object is interacted with. (no big problem, it’s just that the rest comes across as so polished. The art is great, you have inspired me to try some things!
Heya Bad Dad! Thanks so much for playing my game, I'm glad you enjoyed it and also I'm honoured to hear that it inspired you to try some things.
Thanks for pointing out the pop up text sticking to the item button! I have fixed it and there is now a new version 1.5! :)
Cool little story. Only on detail about the narration : I had the same dialogues twice in a run : when you accept the call in first time and talk after to Hal about it ("THEY are dangerous etc...") --> I got this dialogue a second time when I accepted the second call and talk again with Hal after.
Thank you so much for playing! And really appreciate the feedback too - I've fixed that dialogue portion. I must have copy and pasted the wrong dialogue when I was doing my text error fixes the last time. Thank you for catching and reporting it!
Beautiful art! ☀️
Hey! Thank you for checking out my game :)
Love the art! Well done!
Spooky!
Heya Mr. V! Thanks for the comments, and for playing!
